The U.S. did not win its independence from a tyrannical power 235 years ago by saying “I object.”
It will take more than words this time also.

How gentlemanly. The Marquis of Queensbury would be incredibly proud.
NEWS FLASH: The media will INVENT the stuff you are talking about, even if nothing happens.
Just out of curiosity, do you have a limit regarding when you are willing to take the gloves off?
Clearly, you must be able to take a punch better than most of the rest of the country.

We’re not there YET!
But who knows what will happen to cause it.
The left has been trying to cause this since the 60’s.

Are you that easily hoodwinked? They’re throwing bricks through their own windows to smear the tea party movement to try to minimize the real threat to them in November. It’s the oldest trick in the book.

So... like, what’s the plan, dude? Any plan or do we just sit back and be meek and humble while they crush us? Any plan? Any ideas?

And if the Dems are not voted out in November, I fear/expect many will feel the time to protest more “actively” will have arrived.

Tax payers who were both for and against the bill hit the streets letting their voices be heard.
I remember a handful of paid Union guys and community organizers on the "pro" side versus the mostly unpaid people by the thousands on the other side.
Regardless of the poll numbers, the bill passed, and the majority party drank champagne.
So the majority were opposed to the bill and a majority drank champagne after it was passed? That's quite an equivocation.
Id like a metaphorical gentlemens handshake, and a cyber promise. The promise; let us unclench our fists, and self the pitchforks, and instead take a step back and organize. Let us promise to ourselves, we will not show up on youtube.com as the poster child for the radical right.
I am *NOT* responsible for the actions of a few.
That said: Not only did they refuse to listen to the people they are supposed to represent, many of them mocked, belittled, laughed at and lied about the protesters.
I'm not going to feel sorry for a bunch of people who thought it was funny to kick a hornet's nest (until they got stung.)
Let us promise ourselves, we will not commit stupid petty mistakes, and deliver the proverbial fodder for those waiting with their cameras. Let us promise ourselves that we will fight every day to change it back , but wont get caught with the smoking lamp lit on night patrol.
...they're already lying about us. It doesn't matter how nice we are too them at the end of the day they tell everyone we're dangerous radicals and extremists.
It's time to stop caring what the media and these politicians think! Our nation is on the line!
I do NOT support violence or threats - however, THEY'RE NOT LISTENING TO ANYTHING ELSE.
Let us remember that there is a major media machine just waiting for a slip up from the right. And let us remember that any slip up they capture will be in opposition political ads leading up the crucial 2010 elections. Let us remember, we are the party of Ronald Reagan, Gentlemen and Ladies of class and respect.
They lie about us no matter what. If you think that you can play nice and the media will treat us nice, you're smoking crack....

did you see the Youtube video of the guy throwing the dollar bills at man who held the sign stating he had parkinsons? Do you want those ads running towards 2010. My gloves are off, but they are not off so i can be made an example of on every media outlet except fox and freerepublic.com

The dems keeping their seats in November, perhaps? There are a lot of people very close to the edge right now. Me? I bought the farm in Kentucky. There is an 80 mile buffer between my property and the urban centers. Those 80 miles are a buffer of people like me through which the unwashed urban hordes will have to pass to get to our property.
Do I think it will get that bad? No. Do I think it could? Yep.

The media will INVENT the stuff you are talking about, even if nothing happens. BINGO! Start with the make believe racial slurs that allegedly occurred during the vote. Then, the threats of today. None of which happened. We need a plan. Then, we need to organize. Problem is, none of us bothered learning any of this kumbayah crap in the 1960s because we were all too busy being prosperous. Time to get caught up. Hell, if we can allegedly exploit the entire world, we aught to be able to trip up these twinkies...
