But even if it is less than I had hoped for, this is still a historic piece of legislation.

Who gives a SH#T if it's historic? Pearl Harbor & 9/11 were historic, too.

Not everything historic is good. What the hell's the matter with these people?

I'd bet you money this is going to turn into a windfall for insurance and a problem for almost everyone else.

Good job kids. In your rush to bring down the evil insurance companies you've made them government contractors and put us all under their thumb by force. Capitalism didn't do that, socialism did it.

“We have class, compassion and feelings for the poor and needy.”

Class, compassion and feelings, huh? Fortunately for you, those things you have come free. Paying for the compassion comes from my friggin’ paycheck.

Further, I’m so tired of being labeled as unsympathetic and mean spirited. I gaurantee I give more in charitable donations (you know, on my own free will and pocketbook) than these demons do. I don’t need the government to donate on my behalf.

God, I hate liberals.

Wondering when someone would break that "Isn't Disneyland wonderful!" mood going on. . . .

"Mr. President, you've finally won your Healthcare Bill battle... What're you gonna do now?"

"I'm goin' to ObamaWorld!"

A Promise to the American People.

Let's see if congress can get lower than its current 11% approval by passing another fiasco.

Quite possibly the most important piece of legislation of my 38-year lifetime.

And this DUmmie is probably still living at home in mom's basement.

It is inevitable that this legislation will not work exactly as it is intended.

It will work as good as the USPS, social security, and all other government run failures.

Health care is now the responsibility of the United States Congress.

[Oh joy. Why does that thought not thrill my heart?]

I'm from the government and I am here to help you. If the government can give you everything, it also has the ability yo take it away at any time.

definitely the best one-term president since Carter

I hope he is removed before his first term is over.

I think it's going to hurt the Dems in the next election cycle(s

Ya think?????

What if someone can't afford to buy that mandated healthcare?

[GO DIRECTLY TO JAIL. DO NOT PASS GO, DO NOT COLLECT $200.]

Wait until the government tells this DUmmie he/she/it has to buy a government motors car.

Anyone who thinks this is going to be popular is living in a dream world.

There is an understatement. The majority of people are against this HC bill.

one of our nation's biggest health problems concerns undiagnosed mental illness.

[Especially in DUmmieland.]

Mental illness is rampant in all liberal strongholds.

I was going to do a DUFU this AM but had to hold off in order to respond to a PERSONAL ATTACK upon your humble correspondent by the editor of The New Republic.

[And for YOU, DUmmie bkozumplik! You win a KEWPIE DOLL for this Brief Moment of Mental Clarity!]

...but he gets the small one because of a REALLY dumb screen name! :D
