BOEHNER: "THE INSTITUION IS BROKEN"

“We have failed to listen to America. And we have failed to reflect the will of our constituents.”

Moments before last night’s historic vote on Health Care Reform, House Minority Leader John Boehner (R. Ohio) stood on the floor of the United States House of Representatives and gave an impassioned speech which captured the feelings of many Americans.

In a time when back room deals, bribery and jello-spined posturing (see Bart Stupak) pass for leadership House Minority Leader John Boehner stood on the floor of the U.S. House and took his fellow “Representatives” of the people to task for the manner in which the Health Care Reform legislation has been handled.

Boehner said, “Today we’re standing here looking at a health care bill than no one in this body believes is satisfactory.”

“We have failed to listen to America. And we have failed to reflect the will of our constituents. And when we fail to reflect that will – we fail ourselves and we fail our country,” Boehner said.

That is really what this campaign by Obama amounts to, war on the American people, breaking and corrupting people, demolishing things that work and claiming it is for a greater good..

What we need is a war strategy and a way of communicating our numbers. If 50 million taxpayers refuse to pay taxes, if their employers refuse to withhold, we can break Obama. We will break the law in doing so, and people are going to have to accept the fact that they must become criminals.

Obama and his criminal gang do not believe we are constituted to allow ourselves to become criminals as they are themselves. That is what they are banking everything on, that we are law abiding and they will set the law regardless of our will.

Like so many patriots before us, we will be branded criminals, some of us will do time and some of us will be injured. But if we hang together, we can beat Obama.

Obama is not difficult to defeat. What it takes is endurance and stamina, but also a willingness to break the law in protest.

It's hard to break a law and be proud of it because it is not something to look back on and have your family be proud of, unless it was for a purpose of overcoming tyranny. How to teach children that it is permissible to break the law?

How do democrat lawmakers tell their families that it is permissible to go against their oaths to the Constitution, to interpret it out of context when it is clear in its meaning? They are clever, they know how to lie and believe their lies because they have a ‘greater good’ of socialism that they are loyal to. The Constitution is a living document that can be viewed through their political pathology to establish government control over classes of people.

History is written by the those that are victorious, the winners.

If we agree to be lawbreakers, and we are winners, how do we write history?

Should we try to work within the system, holding our values of honor and integrity while our enemies run rings around us with every form of deceit? Are we too good to govern? The answer is in most every case YES. We must in most every case work within the law. But this case is different and we need to understand and describe why it is different.

If we are at the point that our society becomes as the United Kingdom, where as Mark Steyn writes that conservatives are tolerated and occasionally assemble a coalition to set policy, but never reverse the socialism that was established, then we have to decide now to accept whether we act inside or outside the law.

Obama is not done, not in the least. He is not going to allow anything to get in his way of taking over the United States. If we think that state nullification, a beneficent rational Supreme Court, a November election is going to happen without Obama lobbing more of his corrupt weaponry at us to make us fumble, then you are banking on a hope that the American system works for you. But it just failed you and there is no concrete reason to believe that it will reverse and serve you other than you think, you wishfully think it will.

So what we need to do is secure pledges of massive civil disobedience, with an organization that can fund itself to fight for those of us who will be going to jail, that will publicize and protest for those of us who will be cuffed, and keep our spirits up with the knowledge that our fellow patriots will never stop fighting for our release, for our freedom.

We need a network of communications that cannot be disrupted, a hierarchy of leadership that replaces those of us who will be arrested and incarcerated. We need to have strength in numbers.

And most importantly we need to know what we will tell our children when one day they ask why we took these actions.

We will tell them we did it for freedom. Daddy and Mommy went to jail because they fought for freedom, they fought the enemy within that tried to make them slaves.
