Couple Final Thoughts On The Health Care Vote...

I still wonder if Obama will sign the passed Senate version without reconciliation if it looks like the Senate is going to delay...basically spitting in the face of the House. President Obama is proposing signing an executive order reaffirming the Hyde Amendment to placate pro-life Democrats. That is useless. An executive order is meaningless, because it can be wiped out in a second by Presidential signature. This is not even close to enough for federal prevention of funding for abortion. There were accusations that protesters used racial and gay epithets against Democrats yesterday. That wouldn't surprise me, because there are always idiots in the crowd. But that said, there is video of these events, and I can't find any evidence of such derogatory statements. The media should have to prove such an explosive accusation.

The outcome of any vote by Congress on health care is irrelevant since Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution does not specifically grant Congress the power to regulate health care! Therefore the so called legislation on its face is Unconstitutional! The people are not bound to comply with an Unconstitutional act of Congress! This is a power regulated to the states per the 10th Amendment!

It is the reason why Idaho and Virginia have passed legislation blocking federal health care from being illegally imposed on the citizens of those states by reasserting their 10th Amendment rights and 34 other states considering similar legislation! This is the point people need to hammer home with their Congress critters!

And yet, the chicken-chit fence-sitting leftist RATS will fall for it.....

Obozo will sign whatever is passed, declare victory, go on a rub it in your face America victory tour, and watch all his sheep get slaughtered in November. The trick is to keep this all on the front burner and highlight all the deals (aka bribes) that were made to get it to pass.

The Dems will try to tie the Doc fix to whatever they want passed to try to score points on pubbies.
