Maybe in some parts of the country, like the South. But here in Calif. where I live, the men have, for the most part, become docile and feminized. They're too busy going to the mall, holding their wives' purses, while the women shop.

This is just the beginning. Before long this will expand into a giant tax enforcement bureaucracy to "ensure citizen compliance" with fees arising from future mandates that are envisioned. They have to set up a collection apparatus to fund their socialist utopia.

IRS agents will be checking monthly to be sure minimamally acceptable insurance has been paid for, fines @ $2200 or 2% of income.
