Why not block watchers? They could get a small stipend and join the NTEU. Might be good to set up special health clinics for those who monitor compliance to give them an added incentive to ferret out the cheats.

That’s 16,500 just to go after the dissidents. Probably another 100k to actually enforce the unconstitutional, unlawful bill.
There will be WAY over this amount of new gov employees to staff “The National Health Care Dept.”
