My mistake then; I was simply re-puking out what I have been reading on this site for the last 12 years, and it fits in with my worldview, so I did not challenge the concept.
Coincidentally, I was banned from FR years ago for speaking ill of islam. I think I called it "a gutter religion", and some Freepers objected to that terminology.

Same here, I had heard it from multiple sources and assumed it to be directly stated as well.
But it is merely an interpretation.
What is not in doubt is that their “paradise” sounds like an X-rated movie; with 100 orgasms a day, 72 perpetual virgin spirits, and “young boys scattered about like pearls” in an obvious sexual context. And that is all direct from the Quran.
