Apillar brought up a good point, in Revolutionary times these people would be called Loyalist and by historical precedence and literal definition they are blindly Loyal to a figurehead and not the country or freedom. That makes them Loyalist.

Thomas Paine in Common Sense (1776), wrote that the Loyalists were:

Interested men, who are not to be trusted; weak men, who cannot see; prejudiced men, who will not see; and a certain set of moderate men, who think better of the European world than it deserves. . . .
