I’ve seen Beck on TV over the past year. Watch his show a lot as a matter of fact. He’s an effective teacher and has introduced me to both interesting people and some great books. His radio show is very funny. It’s different than his TV show.
Most of radio and TV is filled with over-the-top personalities. That’s what makes people listen. (There is a reason that NPR has to be paid for with our tax money. They wouldn’t be able to stir up the advertising money to pay their own way because they don’t have the audience.)
O’Reilly, Hannity, and Beck are three different style hosts and each has their place. On Fox my favorite is Greta.
I agree with you Rush is great. The best ever.

Research it, Glenn was the 1st to notice it as well as Freepers. This destruction of America has been planned for a long time. This was ether before or tangent to getting the Swiss to open up their bank papers, they are really pissed about our money going off shore....

I think he Beck wants people like this Congressman to spills the beans on the Obama administration, he should not be announced in hopes to boost his ratings the next day. It should be a completely surprise guest. Therefore there is no chance that Obama can manipulate what might be said.

I remember way back in 1990, a friend of mine told me I HAD to listen to this guy on the radio - a talk show guy. Back then I didn’t much care about politics in general other than at election time. I listened for a few minutes of ‘talk’ and it didn’t do much for me immediately. It was an aquired taste. That was Rush, whom I can’t NOT listen to now.
Glenn Beck is NOT Rush Limbaugh. When folks tune in expecting another Rush, you’re GOING to be disappointed.
BUT, Glenn IS an aquired taste and he’s VERY good at what he’s good at. He provides some things that Rush won’t give. That’s not knocking Rush; one is a Quarterback, one is a Pitcher.
Alex, seems a lot of folks are coming down pretty hard on you, but you DID judge Glenn after saying you don’t watch or listen. But then, on most ‘Glenn Beck’ threads there are at least a dozen folks who love to blast Glenn here.

Considering what the lame stream media has been doing to Massa ( a class A jerk, anyway), probably at the behest of the demonRATs, I thought that Massa might be mad enough to actually spill. So I don’t blame Glenn in the least. I thought it was a hoot that Glenn kept pushing Massa to actually talk about what he CLAIMED he wanted to talk about. Massa disappointed Glenn and disapointed the rest of us, as well. He blew his only chance to make it right.
The investigating would be done by committee staff who would then issue a report.
However the subject should have been notified confidentially of the allegations. As Massa said the investigation is supposed to be secret. But as we know from the many investigations of Republicans the ethics panel can only keep investigations secret when it is a favored Democrap that is being investigated.
Massa is not doubt correct that the ethics investigation was a part of a larger plot to discredit him.
I assume that he is no better then O’zero, or Hannity on FOX.

The Obama machine is great at propaganda and manipulation.-Basically this is ALL they have. Most people do not take the time to get informed other than MSM.
The Massa issue was a good thing. Approval polls are lower today. No one will look at Rahm Emanuel the same. It diminished his power, Dems are already telling him to back off health care deadlines. The white house looks bad. -Drip by Drip.
Even though Massa has issues, it is still plausible he was targeted because of his vote. Most people are aware of the deals made in the Health care bill over Christmas and the Chicago politics in the White House. Beck helped with the propaganda war.
