The Senate's official gatekeeper, said the Drudge Report, a conservative news aggregator, and whitepages.com "are responsible for the many viruses popping up throughout the Senate," according to an e-mail to the Environment and Public Works Committee.....But Brent Baker, the vice president for research and publications at the Media Research Center, wondered why the conservative Drudge was cited as an example instead of a liberal site like the Huffington Post. "The Huffington Post is also a huge site visited by staff," Baker said. "It actually has far more links to outside sources, outside videos that could be seen as potentially dangerous for viruses and worms." This is libel and slander, designed to hurt Drudge’s business. Drudge should challenge this. Virus? Which one?
Norton gives Drudge a clean bill of health with zero threats.
You know, if my boss told me not to go to a certain website ... I’d be there in a split second (on my own time).
I guess they want mindless drones working for them.
The most deadly of all to the statists: truth.
Now if they told me to steer clear of the capitol showers.....
Dolts, every one.
Helpful Hint: Use a firewall. Even my 4th grader knows what one is, as he and his sister have been protected by it for over four years.
Knucklehead politicians! Like their parents, their DVD’s are still flashing 12:00.
They are sooooo transparent. Let them go to DU & see how many viruses & diseases they come away with! LOL LOL
I don’t know about Drudge Report’s issue, but I do know that whitepages.com users were hit by a virus infection over the weekend coming from one of our third party network ad providers. It was taken down early Monday morning. It is absolutely possible that Drudge got hit by the same virus infection and didn’t even know it.
Drudge is a pu**y and wont say or do a thing. His time is up as a new “breaker” and lives on past success and ad revenue. He’ll keep it right down the middle to please the sponsors.
I never saw it there either and I read Drudge at a similar frequency: I also never got the virus while on Whitepages.com looking for the offending source (a rogue ad). It was the luck of the draw as well as where you were that determined the infection.
