They are also subject to the jurisdictions of the countries from where they came, especially if they're only here on short visits. Such was not necessarily the case in WKA, because the parents were, in the court's words, permanent U.S. residents.

Natural allegiance extends from parents, not where you're born. A natural born athlete gets his natural talent from his parents. A natural born musician get her talent from her parents. A natural born liar, like Obama, would get that from his parents, not the place he was born. Thus a natural born citizen doesn't come from the place of birth. Plus, we still don't know where Obama was born.

Arthur's father was a permanent immigrant. Obama's was not. Besides, being president doesn't make you a natural born citizen, especially if you obtained the office dishonestly. What you offer is a circular, but fallacious, argument.
