Wow a decent liberal. Where is the hell sign with the ice cycles?
Sometimes I think Americans are the most shallow people on Earth.
Since when did it become the norm to shoot down anyone that has a thought that is different than ones own.
I applaud the author for having sense to see past the forest to see what it actually contains
I am curious why she thinks she is so different than Palin religiously.
I know Palin is not Jewish, but is not supposed to be, and Jewish people, by definition, are not concerned with non-Jewish people’s religion (to the extent it is Noahadic, which Chrisitanity certainly is).
Palin has certainly proven herself tolerant (or even supportive) of Jewish beliefs. The Chabad (hardasses) in Alaska were very complimentary of her.
Did the author expound on this?
From what I understand, this happens A LOT with her.
Her detractors are completely disarmed by her charms when they meet her. Reagan had the same qualities.
I saw Sarah up close at a rally here in CA last year. I have some great close up pics. She is indeed very beautiful.
Well, the world must be changing, and the Palin Media Attacks must not be working.....STILL
What a refreshing read!
Liberals are so funny.
Come to think of it, would I get annoyed too if some conservative met 0bama somewhere, had a chat with him, and thought he was a pleasant fellow to talk to? I would hope I'd be above all that.
I liked the comment about her “lack of intelligence and her idiocy”.
I’m betting this is a giant lie. Perhaps unintentional but just wrong.
Does this woman believe you can spend your way to prosperity?
Does she believe in killing what grows in the uterus?
Does she believe in God?
There are literally thousands of points where the sisterhood I’m quite sure are as alike as the two proverbial peas in the pod. Hence my contention.
First Jon Stewart; now this?
Very nice, thought it was a shame she kept having to mention over and over that she did not agree with her politically. Once would have been enough. But she knew she would take a drubbing by her leftie peers. But all in all, the author of this seems decent. I am sure she was surprised that Palin wasn’t the monster that she is made out to be by the left.

heck, Sarah was Miss Congeniality at that beauty pageant for a reason. I shook her hand at a book signing. Totally disconcerted by how small her hand is—dumb reaction—but she is totally at ease with the strangers she meets. To give a comparison, went to a book singing with Jamie Lee Curtis, who is the most unaffected celebrity I have ever met. But to a degree, she was acting. Palin was different. Her responses were not at all mannered.
No way in hell is this statement true. There is absolutely NO connection shared with the likes of Jezebels like Pelosi, Clinton, Boxer, Napolitano, etc. And I would rather stick a fork in my eye than to ever speak with any of these evil witches. The only connection I would like to have is the one where I am reading about them in the obituary column.
Other than that...it was a decent column. :)
