Take note that the Bush-hating, Obama-loving Letterman is having Mitt Romney on opposite Leno/Palin. Speaks volumes.

Dang! I forgot tonight’s the night! I was going to write a message on my palm at work today in honor of Sarah’s appearance on Leno tonight. I wondered if anyone would catch on. Which probably wouldn’t have been a good thing if they did because I’m a teacher. LOL! The only conservative teacher in my building now (except for some staff members, secretly).

PREDICTION that something like the following exchange takes place between JL (Jay Leno) and SP (Sarah Palin) -
JL: So, Governor Palin. I know you've been asked this 1000 times and that you gave a speech when you decided to resign as governor of Alaska, but people still have questions about it. So, once more for the record, could you, in a nutshell, tell us why you quit your last job?
SP: Well, Jay, it was not an easy decision. I really loved the job. Unfortunately, sometimes even though you have a job you love and most people love the job you are doing, circumstances are that for the best of everyone you have to step aside. Is that anything you can relate to, Jay?
(CROWD ROARS WITH LAUGHTER AND CHEERS)
JL: (GIGGLING) Oh ok, Governor...you got me there.
