Matt Lauer To Mitt Romney: You Sucked Last Time Why Would People Listen To You Now?
The Lid/NBC News ^ | 3/2/2010 | The Lid

Matt Lauer never ceases to surprise people. Just when you think he cant get anymore biased he pushes the envelope once again. Lauer's guest on the Today show this morning was Mitt Romney, former Mass. Governor and Presidential aspirant. Romney is on a publicity tour for his new book, No Apology.

Instead of asking legitimate questions of Romney, Lauer acted as if he was a Democrat debating Romney in a Presidential battle.

In other words, "Mitt, You really sucked last time, why would people listen to your Ideas now?" There are tons of reasons why people do not get a party nomination, "sucking" is only one of them.

Considering Willard had what must of been a record breaking dollars spent per vote, yes he did "suck" in 2008.

Romney should have asked, “Matt, I wonder the same thing. MSNBC sucks so bad, nobody watches you, why do I keep coming on?”

I think that just the party listens to him. Even if he loses he can grease the salary and consultant wheels for 24 months.

It isn’t that they ask Republicans tough questions, they should. It’s that they only throw kisses at democrats.

I'm not a Mitt Romney fan, but in this case I'm even more an anti-leftist-partisan-shilling hack bastard Matt Lauer fan. I wish that Repubs would open up a can of whoop ass on leftist demoRAT partisan MSM hacks and demand to know how the demoRATs answered those gotcha type of questions. Like Katie Couric asking Sarah Palin, what newspapers she reads, Sarah should have come right back in Katie's face, and said, "Good question... let me ask you first, what was baruk 0bozo's answer to that very same question. Make these partisan MSM hack squirm like the despicable vermin they are. Back to the Lauer-Romney interview (which I did not see but am only referencing it from the standpoint of the comments made) Romney should have ripped into Lauer for being a partisan biased hack and should have hammered him on that point!

Romney lost to McCain.

McCain lost by 2-to-1 to Obama.

Ergo, Romney would have lost to Obama by a margin larger than 2-to-1.

The GOP still might pull defeat out of the jaws of victory again in 2012. If Romney faulters, they could go with Jeb Bush and try for a 3-to-1 margin loss.
