We have gone from war being conducted by the executive branch and the military, with the assent of Congress, to war being controlled by the judicial branch − which knows little about national security, and is utterly unequipped to deal with it.

If we ever get a president with balls again, preferably a staunch conservative, I hope that he or she will tell any judge to go pound salt if the judge tries to interfere in military matters or war issues. I liked the article that described how even FDR was adamant that no military prisoners would be turned over to civilian courts. Oh to have a president with balls & courage. GW Bush could have & should have done it.... no balls. 0bozo the commie pig wants to destroy America anyway and is doing all he can to hamper & demoralize our military. Just for once, I wish any conservative president or conservative governor would tell either a state court or federal court to STFU, and if they keep squawking about it or issuing contempt of court rulings, then arrest the judge for aiding & abetting the enemy and throw his or her ass in the slammer. Or cut off all utilities to the building where the judge is residing.
