President Obama is an avian mixed metaphor. He has tried to be the early bird, pushing very heard on his radical agenda in the face of economic hardships. But he has only suceeded in making himself the earliest lame duck in history. Case in point is his attempt to humiliate John McCain at yesterday's Healthcare Kabuki Theatre.
The man is either living in a fool's paradise or he is just trying to do as much damage as he can before he is deprived of his minions next year and swept out of office in three years. The election is NOT over- in America the election is every day. He looks around him grasping at straws and ends up only finding Harry Reid and Chris Dodd as his examples! Hold on there, Mr. President. Chris has already acknowledged that he cannot possibly get reelected by his constituents and Harry, by all acconts, is headed for electoral elimination next year! That is the beauty of American Democracy- the election is never over- we the people will always have our say.
Let's mix the metaphore even more, Obama's presidency has turned into an empty suit leading an army of dead-men-walking.

I wouldn’t stop him, he’s his own worst enemy. He’ll eventually do or say something so outrages that he’ll essentially commit political suicide for himself and his party.

Yes, the Presidential election is over, the rest is not anything he is concerned with, although he should be.
The problem is that he is speaking from natural state of extreme narcissism. HIS election is over, and since that is the only one that matters to HIM, THE election is over.
The man is dangerous I’m fearing more sociopath than just narcissistic.
But, to get him to do/say something outrageous, others must staunchly resist him as if they want to stop him.

I've long thought that Barry has buried his medical records due to the fact that when he cannot hide from reality he falls apart. He ends up falling into severe substance abuse, some sort of mental collapse and withdrawal, or even a series of uncontrollable rages and tantrums which require that he be restrained or heavily medicated.
When he was elected I figured it would take about two years to reach the point we're now at but I didn't count on he and his democrat pals being as stupid as we now know they are. Even though I've always considered the democrat party nothing but a totalitarian oriented bunch of elitist scum, even I didn't expect them to try to institute total socialism within the first year. Given the current trends, I bet he does exactly what you're saying sometime around early summer and follows it up with being obviously out of control and unstable to a degree that his inner circle won't be able to hide.
Of course, I could be wrong, his medical records may well just be hidden from the public to keep some sort of fatal disease or history of drug rehab away from the public. In which case, he'll still fall apart by this summer but it may not be quite as dramatic. Maybe his going nuts will just make him into a clone of Biden without the same long record of honesty and achievement.

Response: The people, sick of governmental ineptitude, confused glibness and cunning with intelligence and hence elected an imbecile. It is becoming obvious to all that this poor creature is in way over his head. Even worse he and his advisors cannot even select competent people to run the various divisions of the executive branch.
Obama is already looking like crap. I imagine the stress on him will cause him to implode as you say. I think it won’t be long before he really screws up.
