I say, old man, I thought you were speaking of the Martini-Henry, the pride and joy of Queen Victoria's legions!

The only thing wrong with that rifle is it should have been inscribed: “Verbosus-001”

well the most famous Henry was a modification of S&Ws Volcanic, by one B. Tyler Henry for shirt manufacturer Oliver Winchester...that being the 1860 Henry.

Watch that kick Sarah.

Big bore lever action reminds me of my father's .348. Talk about kick, both my grandfather & father thought they were tough before they used that one. Neither liked it much, but the knock down on the other end was incredible. Bear Gun

Colour Sergeant Bourne: It's a miracle.
Lieutenant John Chard: If it's a miracle, Colour Sergeant, it's a short chamber Boxer Henry point 45 caliber miracle.
Colour Sergeant Bourne: And a bayonet, sir, with some guts behind.

Palin undoubtedly knows how to use such a weapon and I would expect moose and bear will soon be in her freezer. Perhaps the Dems should present Nancy Pelosi with a pea shooter ...wait those are likely outlawed in liberal San Fransisco.
