When was the last time she was beat in court. All she has lost are procedural motions.Thats hardly losing. I hope that she or someone gets into court on a trail of the substantive issues of article II of the constitution. To tell the truth I do not care who does it. It could be Orly , she seems to be one of only a few not giving up.
And why would anyone want her to give up? LOL.
Then you wouldn't have the entertainment you have now, or are you being paid like some on here? The Holder pay check?

All she has lost are procedural motions Procedural motions can be minor, but when the motion is to dismiss because she is nuts, doesn't have a case, and the court doesn't want her wasting their time is not a minor procedural motion.

“Thats hardly losing.”
In legal terms, that is considered losing badly.

When was the last time she was beat in court. When your case is dismissed, for whatever reason, you've lost the case. When you're sanctioned for your conduct, and under investigation by the state bar association because of that conduct, you're at risk of losing your license to practice law.
So it is with Orly Taitz.
