I like how Orly brought scumbags like Charles Lincoln III and Lucas Smith onto her team and then asked surprised when they turned out to be scumbags.

Orly had no case, she simply said the signature was not hers and it was found out that it was not hers.
That is not a ruling against Orly, when she is shown to be correct in court.
Amen. Especially when those quotes tend to confirm facts not in evidence and irrelevant to the question before the court. Most people don’t know defamation is mentioned in the Ten Commandments:
“Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.”
Read carefully. That’s not just simple lying. That’s deliberately attacking someone’s reputation via false information, speaking falsehoods *against* someone. It is a kind of “reputational murder,” and anonymous people hiding behind a pixilated screen can do it with abandon and get away with it. But not really. Those are God’s commandments, so I’m pretty sure he’s keeping score, even if we can’t.
Well, next time you talk to him, ask God why Orly submitted a likely faked document from a convicted forger as evidence and why she hired a disabarred attorney as her law clerk? (Those two facts are not in dispute).
Whether or not she had sex with the disbarred attorney is still an open question. But it has been entered into testimony in open court.
I haven’t seen the movie, but I have read the book. It’s just not good form to be careless about what we say that can harm another’s reputation, especially in sexual matters. It’s a golden rule thing. Besides, a little dispassionate caution concerning other people’s controversies can go a long way to getting at the truth.
