Doctor Phil Jones is director of the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) at the University of East Anglia (UEA), and is one of the principals who's emails are at the center of the Climategate scandal. He sat down for an interview with the BBC yesterday and seemed to have backed away from some of the stances of the climate change moonbat community, the biggest of which is that maybe the science saying that there is man-made global warming is not settle. Under RICO, a person who is a member of an enterprise that has committed any two of 35 crimes27 federal crimes and 8 state crimeswithin a 10-year period can be charged with racketeering. RICO! exactly. the scam got so big and costly that faux scientists, corporations and politicians crowded into the room to cashgrab “green” money. But all the money came from taxpayers. Use Rico, make ‘em give it back to the Treasury and lock it into an account safe from ecocrazies.

Jones had a wonderful ideal a while back about committing suicide. The only improvement I can suggest is that he should gather all his climategate friends together and commit homicide/suicide.

It is great to now see the BBC has jumped on the band wagon. It will put increased pressures on Brown to slow down with his plans to create yet another climate committee. Plus zero has to be given updates on how the scam is unfolding. It may slow him and his cronies down a bit.
