No, it makes him a citizen. His British father prevents him from being a Natural Born citizen, because you can only ever have one citizenship, that of the USA in order to be so. Obama had two at birth. US, and British. He is a citizen, but not a Natural Born Citizen, there is a difference.

However Obama supporters have one simple problem.

Barack Hussein Obama refues to produce ANY evidence that in fact he was actually born in Hawaii, making even as he claims a “NATIVE’ citizen of the United States.

The Attorney General of the State of Hawaii refuses to verify or confirm, the statement of The Department of Health concerning Barack Hussein Obama.

Therefore, even his supposed ‘Hawaiian’ birth is in fact questionable.

So, than if British citizenship couldn't be passed to a baby conceived and born on US soil and to a US citizen mother, what would Obama's citizenship status be?
