It’s a Colorado thing. Range Republicans also do all that they can to prevent drilling for uranium and oil and to prevent owners from using their private properties. It’s the NIMBY/HOA, local big government State.

I think “taxing and spending” are the operative terms. Sounds like the legislature there wants to be free and loose with the people’s money.

That Tax layers bill of Rights is something every state needs to keep these government leeches on a short leash.Without it they will tax your property right out from under your feet.
