My BIL does similar work in the Chicago Juvenile Justice system, mostly with gang members. They would kill him as easy as they would shake his hand. He has no belief except that these soulless monsters are beyond any hope of rehabilitation. His only goal is to survive long enough to retire and move as far away from other humans as possible.

I too worked with dangerous teens that have killed. one girl killed her neighbors UNBORN baby( yeah and the mom) and sacrificed it to satan...you betcha she went back into the community at age 18...to kill again. Lovely kids pre grad sociopathhs.

I'm all for NEVER giving any of these kids a chance. I mean answer just one question, would you want one of these children, now adults as your neighbor, or babysitting your kids? helping sharpen the knives maybe?
