The lighting is poor, which is dulling the color. The thing has more salt than an Aunt Annie’s pretzel, so I’d guess it was driven rather than towed to DC. ;-)

I have a "forest green" Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that looks similar to the truck. Under some light conditions it's very, very dark, almost like a Charleston Green while at other times (and against other backgrounds) it has a much richer emerald appearance.
