BTW, IMHO the reason they read him his rights, and wanted to give him a civilian trial in the US was all a planned DOG AND PONY SHOW that they thought would distract from the fact that our dear leaders are totally incompetent.
The fact that they decided to NOT question him is even more proof of their incopetence.
