Now this is how to give a forecast! Here is video of AccuWeather Forecaster Jim Kosek giving his forecast for the huge snowstorm hitting the Washington D.C., Baltimore area. He started out by saying, "Oh boy!" Let's just say he got his point across! . . . (VIDEO)
