This will be worth watching to find out who hit him. According to HotAir (
Prayers for Jim Treacher), police cited Treacher with J-Walking (I assume Treacher refutes that based on his post) and Tucker Carlson has talked to the driver who refused to disclose his employer.

Odd story. Treacher is perhaps donning a tin foil hat after too many pain killers, or we may have a real story of modern day Chicago "kneecapping".
It will be interesting to see if we ever learn anything more about this incident.

He should have someone go back to the location and see if there are any security cameras. If so, he should get copies of the tapes, hiring an attorney if necessary. You do not want to get into a he said, she said fight with law enforcement.
