Who would Obama pick next for Supreme Court?

"A news report by Ariane de Vogue over at ABCDEmocrat News says the White House is preparing for the possibility of two Supreme Court vacancies this Spring…“Court watchers believe two of the more liberal members of the court, justices John Paul Stevens and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, could decide to step aside for reasons of age and health...."

Here's a quick list of 15 possible Obama picks: Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm, Chicago lefty pal Diane Wood, Governor Deval Patrick...Secretary of State Hillary Clinton…gets her out of the way for a possible challenge in 2012...

One on the list is wacko, lefty nut-job Harold Koh... Koh would be the most outrageous pick of all...so he probably has a good shot!

Koh was number 5 on the Top Ten Obama Appointment Scandals List and supports using Sharia Law here in the USA!:

Looney Tunes nut-job Cass Sunstein is another Obama pal who he might select, Sunstein was number one on the "Obama's Top Ten Appointment Scandals List!" Read more about him here.

...See the rest of list at the link.

Please, not Deval Patrick. There might not be a bigger mental midget on any list anywhere. They realize that in Massachusetts now, don’t they?

I guarantee you, without his super majority and after this Novembers election, the nominee will be no where near to the left as Justice Sotomayor.

Hillary would be a terrifying prospect. Like her hubby, Hil’s moderated her political positions over the years in order to keep getting re-elected and to stay viable politically. On the SC, she’d have no such constraints. I believe she would be as activist a Justice as we’ve seen in a generation.

"Someone openly gay, I bet."

That's a good bet. The criteria for the last pick was female latino, so that's covered. I have to agree openly gay or possibly transsexual/transvestite will be next. Better still if they are a racial minority. RuPaul?

I was actually going to say, of all of them, Hillary may be the best hope.

She was once a republican and seems to have become more moderate as the years have gone by - defintely to the right of Obama.

Is she coming full circle? Without her having to win votes from left, would she be more of a moderate on the bench, a swing vote, instead of a straight case lib like Ginsburg? I could be dreaming.

But all the others are hardened leftists who have never held conservative values.

...after this Novembers election...

That is why these POS's are leaving in the spring. They are afraid liberal replacements will be bottled up if they wait until after the people get a chance to recover from their errors.

Bet Hillary Clinton has an eye on the job she has been very quiet of late.

Well, that’s certainly possible too. I tend to view anything Hillary does that is centrist or moderate as a matter of political convenience, which does often lead me to being overly suspicious of her motives. She may have truly embraced the center-left ground. In which case, I’d agree that she would be decidedly better than any of the other choices, to say nothing of the Justice she’d likely replace (Ginsburg, etc).
