Typical low-class bone-thug. You can send the punk-ass bee-yotch to Columbia and Harvard, give him all the advantages most people never get, and still end up with a low-class bone-thug.

Why?

It has less to do with environmental influences, and more to do with whether the dirtbag came out of the deep or the shallow end of the gene pool. Clearly, he doesn't have the tools required to treat the office he now holds with the dignity it demands. It really can't be taught if the student is below a certain level of acumen. You either have it, or you don't.
