All these dems are going to find cushy appointed govt jobs to go to where they are unaccountable. I am sure deals are being made to take care of them. THe ranks of the czars are going to swell. Same with ACORN.
That said, I still want them beaten and humiliated in their races.
Not Arlen. He reminds me of the ancient greek leader Alcibiades. Alcibiades was an Athenian leader who did some great things but ticked off the wrong people so he got exiled. Rather than retire to some cave, he went to Sparta and led an army against Athens! But then he slept with the Spartan queen and was ushered out so he brokered a deal to come back to Athens. On a short leash, he ticked off people again and went to Persia and offered to become one of them! The persians declined and Alicibiades was left unable to return to Sparta, Athens, or Persia. He was truly persona non-grata.
Arlen was a dem, then he opportunistically switched to the GOP but never really endeared himself there, voting like a dem still. Then he switched back to dem but they didn't trust him, being a republican just a week ago and all that. Now they will cut him loose happily, no strings or favors owed or granted. The GOP will never take him back, so he will soon be rejected by the right, the left, and the middle. What a way to end your career.
