This guys melt down will be astounding to watch.

I think it is possible that he may in fact have a breakdown if the GOP wins big in November. Think about how Clinton had to share the spotlight with Gingrich after 1994. Every time Clinton made a speech they would go to Gingrich and ask, so is that really going to happen. Clinton was a master at the game and tried to trap Newt into doing what he wanted. It was a game of PR and counter PR. It meant playing second fiddle as long as you were calling the tune.

Obama needs the spotlight. He is a Diva of politics. He will lash out not just at his GOP enemies, but at his allies the press, those around him, and his advisers. This will prevent him from getting good advice like Clinton did. Eventually the grown up will send Obama on "Extended Retreat" to Camp David.

I’d have a beer with Clinton

As long as his wife stayed home. Intense heat, UV, and ugly, screechy liberals have been known to make good beer go skunky.

Will someone turn TOTUS's ego enhancement knob down to 8? We're getting an ego overload every time Obama reads it.

And check the hubris circuit while you're at it.

OK, I'll bite...which one is the grown up? LOL.

There has been a lot (more wishful thinking than anything) of talk on this board about him melting down. I think it's becoming closer to a reality. I saw the "talking to" he gave the other day and it was just strange. He kept railing on and on about what "they'll" be saying about him. The more the audience laughed, the more he kept it up. His posture was weird, especially with the no tie look he's sporting.

There have been a number of times in history where a leader has gone round the bend, and was quietly pushed aside. Thankfully it has never happened in America, but in Europe and the third world we often see populist dictators run the place into the ground, and then to avoid a revolution the leader is allowed to go to their vacation home. Only to be trotted out for speeches and such.

This was done with Nikita Khrushchev. He was on "Vacation" for five months prior to being officially removed from power. In 1788 the British essentially took all real power out of the hands of George III after he had a mental breakdown.

If i had to pick among his current cabinet it would be someone who is a political insider, completely ruthless, megalomaniac, non-ideological, and with power base separate and independent from Obama. Oh and she usually wears pants suits.

And the independent power base. Rham and Axelrod both are certainly ruthless enough but they only have as much power as Obama gives them. Compare them to Himmler or Lavrentiy Beria. Both were feared by everyone, but had no power except that which their dictators gave them. And neither survived long after their patrons removal.

Hillery doesn't need Obama to wield power. Most of Obama's second tier of advisers are ex Clinton people who would have no great issues working for Hillery.

One instance in American history was that durring the Watergate debacle Henry Kissinger basically ran the country. During the 1973 Arab-Isralie war we went to DEFCON 2 and Nixon wasn't even invited to the policy meetings. Just showing that a secretary of state can take over if the second tier of the administration is willing to back their action.

Obama couldn't tie his shoes in the morning without his advisers

He is their puppet

Why bring all the Clinton people on board if you are a real leader

Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer? Remember for a Chicago politician like Obama, who had never faced "real" GOP opposition, the enemies he fears are other factions of the Democrat party. Attempting to bring the Clinton people into his patronage ranks is eliminating the only threat he saw as viable. I don't think he ever imagined something like the Tea Parties could happen.

Obama is a puppet with no leadership skills whether to govern or organize power of any type

Seeing as what happened in 1994 did not really help us all that much in the long run we must change our primary target this time.
We must be decentralized, we must remain outside of Washington D.C. our movement MUST be build upon our own individual and local values and believes. Because that is what matters, that is what is most important! It is not the organization, it is not the movement, nor is it the cause, but YOU the individual, your live your individual rights and liberty, your principles! We should not have to agree on everything.
A signal leader would inheritance force such an agreement and that misses the point, as any agreement is almost inevitably a compromises a compromise WHICH DOES NOT NEED TO TAKE PLACE!
To accomplish that goal basic logic and the inherit fact that we WILL disagree dictates that we can only decentralized power, so that we can all have our own ways, and live up to our own highest individual values and believes.
That is why this is not about wining control of Washington D.C., this is about wining back control over that which is most important of all things. Our own individual lives & communities, our freedom to govern ourselves.
That, and that alone must be our primary objective just as it is the one and highest prize we can ever all obtain. That is what freedom and self-determination is, and that is what we must win, to win this war.

My Strategy to accomplish this goal given the nature of the battle field, our past experience in this matter, specifically the failure of the 1994 election to seriously slow down and reverse the growth of the Federal government. Dictates that our solution cannot or will not come form Federal Capital. Politicians do not simply give up power, that power must instead be taken form them.

To do that we must utilized the nature of our federal system to force them into a situation of concession.
We need our States passing Federal escrow Tax bills like this one now being looked at in Georgia: http://www.legis.ga.gov/legis/2009_10/versions/hb877_LC_18_8555T_pf_2.htm
or this one being looked at by the Oklahoma state Legislator:
http://webserver1.lsb.state.ok.us/2009-10bills/HB/HB2810_int.rtf
Or this one in Washington State:
http://apps.leg.wa.gov/documents/billdocs/2009-10/Pdf/Bills/House%20Bills/2712.pdf

We need to practically rob the Federal government of its power and force it into its constitutional box, externally.

We can’t win this war against an overreaching Federal government in the halls of congress, but rather in the legislators of our State houses. Because congress will not give up the power that makes them rich.

I agree with you...

Compared to Obama’s circus, Bill Clinton’s entire administration seemed pretty good.
