Yesterday you could tell his moral was broken but he didn’t want to talk about it. But unlike when Bush was in charge: he said he didn’t know about events on every news program like the Nelson or union bribes to pass the health bill. He said he was too busy to keep track of what democrats were doing. He also said that everyone passes bills with bribes, and Obama tried to pass the health reform bill honestly, but it didn’t work. And the president was not responsible for anything bad his administration did anymore (unlike Bush). He told me that Obama was not responsible at all for the health care bribes to Senators. And it wasn’t Obama that read the Christmas Day terrorist his Miranda rights, that was his attorney general (even though it was a major Obama promise) . Obama was not responsible for his attorney general keeping his unpopular promises or the final deals in the health reform deal, even when he demanded “Get something-anything to my desk to sign” .
I wish I knew he would use this logic when he bashed Bush all those years. Bush didn’t invade Iraq , it was the military. And the CIA told them to do it not Bush. And I should have said I was too busy to pay attention to all those negative news stories during Bush years. The president doesn't control things.
Ironically, this lib hated Hannity for his knee-jerk defense of Bush and is doing the same for Obama.

This episode is one at-bat in a long baseball game that the libs are winning. We can celebrate them wiffing (I’d argue we haven’t even gotten to strike 3 yet), but if you check the scoreboard, they aren’t doing so bad. Social security, Medicare, Medicaid, unemployment benefits, etc. The national government is not restrained.
This is SO delicious. Can you imagine the ads that oil companies could run? Or insurance companies? Or pharmaceuticals? Liberal have to be petrified. What they've essentially been doing is taunting, teasing, and denigrating an 8 foot tall, 500 pound man made of pure muscle...while he's been tied up. Now he's loose.

We were given all sorts of convoluted reasoning for this, but we all know it is a liberal double-standard.
The same was true of the Clinton era where malfeasance was dismissed and sex with interns became a “personal matter”.
Liberals have boxed themselves into a hypocritical corner and they know it. They are just too committed to the cause to stop themselves from doing it over and over again.

My wife works with a doctor who is a far left wing loon(liberal would be too conservative of a label for this guy). She ran into him yesterday and he was acting as if he’d had a death in the family. He said he was “disappointed in his president” and “unhappy with the world in general”.
I can’t imagine what it must be like to where your personal well being is dependent upon politicians and events in DC... It must suck to be these people, even during the best of times. As much as I may dislike what is happening with our society, I’m not going to go around and be personally down about it.

The good news is that for everyone in denial, there is one starting to wake up and smell the coffee. Several coworkers have started watching Fox news, many have told me that they read something in the Solidarity rag that turned out to not be true, etc.
With a little luck, and a lot of praying, the democrat goose is fully cooked for sometime to come.
