Well I had the privilege to chitchat a bit with the Governor last evening... he had just returned from the shooting range with a bunch of bloggers (around for the Perry Blogger Summit [pdf]) and supporters where he had fired his own weapon that he personally carries (paraphrase: "I know I have a bunch of guys around, but if something goes down I'm gonna be in on the action").

Today I was able to interview Governor Perry on camera, as well as Matt K. Lewis and Andrew Breitbart (they're calling for revolution, lol). Should have video up in a day or so.

Not really. Jesse has a loose screw, for certain, but he doesn't strike me as a danger to others.
I'd be more worried about him accidentally shooting himself.

I got to Long Beach and said eff this.

Matter of fact, I enjoyed my stay in the Sacramento area and also occasional trips to LA. Lovely city, really, if you can afford it.
But there is a fatigue one develops, from the endless cultural battle, isolation that “diversity” brings, price inflation, all that.
I love Kansas.

Nope. I was in Texas at the time. I only moved back to MN a couple years ago. Family reasons.
If I had my wish, I'd still be in Texas.
