The citizens in Massachusetts who want to exercise RKBA to the fullest are being deprived of their rights just as surely as were Black Americans. This is a republic, popular demand doesn't always cut it!
It doesn’t help to have people like Romney running around saying that Massachusetts and other places can ignore constitutional rights if they want to. If the voters in a state decided to go back to segregated schools would Romney support that? I don’t think so!

Were not many of these situations set in motion before those who are elcted to an office?
Is it not up to the people to rise up and get real to fix the situation they allowed themselves to fall into?
An elected official can only do so much until they have the backing of the people to make changes.
Obama was a blessing because now the nation is waking up because they are feeling the heat instead of continuing being lulled into a false security!
