Ways and Means Committee ranking member Republican released a chart today of the Administration "claims" vs. the actual job losses for all 50 states, 49 of them losing jobs...

The stimulus was designed to protect government jobs.
The Obama administration is government of, by and for government employees unions.
What is the one state that hasn’t lost jobs?
I thought we had 57 states? What happened in the other 7 states?
N. Dakota gain 1900
(D.C. gained 4500, that is expected from the Dems)
The list shows North Dakota and the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA as the only states that added jobs. I guess the district is now a state. ozero says so, or he will just executive order it to be so. The jihad by this president continues.
It’s pretty comical. If only the administration had put a minus sign in front of their estimates of “created” jobs, they would have come quite close to the truth in a large number of states!
By now, any sentient observer should realize that literally nothing Obama says can be taken seriously as even approximating truth as it is or will turn out to be. His record of campaign lies, broken promises and unequivocal predictions of victory on health reform is unmatched by any previous occupant of his office.
Its Hope n’ Change don’t y’all know. He is still fightin’ for y’all, don’t y’all know.
Considering that DC and North Dakota were the only places to gain jobs, and North Dakota's gain was less than 1/2 of what the DC managed, I think that is a fair statement. Further considering that DC's population is about 592,000 (2008), while ND's is 642,000, that is a fair statement indeed.
It would be interesting to know what ND's gains were. Probably something unusual having little or nothing to do with the so called stimulus. ND does have two 'rat Sinators and their single Rep is a 'Rat as well.
I’d guess Oil sands relative to their pop size. CA is roughly a third larger than TX, with TX having a third of their unemployment is staggering. IL has the second largest unemployment drop, followed by Michigan.
