He specifically mentions the Senate. He said nothing about the House. The House could accept the bill (as it came out of the Senate)...and it wouldn’t have to be voted on again in the Senate, just sent to Obama to sign. Is that what they have up their sleeves...who knows???

In another two weeks or so, we’ll most likely receive a stern lecture from Mouthpiece Gibbs (or possibly “the man” himself) informing us that ALL ALONG the president has made it CLEAR that he wants the senate to act VERY quickly on health care. And unfortunately, since election officials in Massachusetts are holding up Mr. Brown’s certification, it is “of course” “appropriate” for them to act without him.
He will also tell us that he is VERY sorry if we misunderstood his previous statement, although HE thought that it had been “perfectly clear”.
Or something to that effect.
