Obama wants Haiti aid to fail so he can issue an emergency fiat to evacuate a million Haitians to Florida where they will be summarily issued green cards.
There is a reason why Meek is waging war against Republicans who want the Haitian Aid program to succeeed. It means Obama won’t be able to import a million votes.
