Is Judge Gill and Rifqa's crack legal defense team going to continue to ignore the apostasy and sharia law for those who leave Islam? Are the CAIR militants going to thug, intimidate and pervert the American justice system to enforce Islamic law?

"Crackerjack Ohio law enforcement and Florida law enforcement found no threat to Rifqa, but perhaps they can put down the kool aid for five minutes and do their job."

On Aug 10th her court nightmare will be over as she will turn 18 and the issue of custody will be moot. I pray that she survives the next 8 months. Unfortunately, as this shows, the muzzies are not going to let her go. It is too much of an insult to them.
Once she turns 18, she may want to consider going into hiding for a couple of years and changing her name.
Surely having a Facebook page dedicated to advocating somebody’s murder is Conspiracy. And because it is taking place on the Internet, surely the FBI would have jurisdiction over that???
It follows that every member of that Facebook group is party to a conspiracy for murder, and should be rounded up and vigorously prosecuted.
It does not matter whether Law Enforcement “perceives” there to be a threat: the Conspiracy is there and it is a documented fact. Prosecution must therefore be undertaken.
At the very least, “uttering a threat” is a charge that would stick, if the FBI were too chicken to push for a Conspiracy charge.
What’s the matter with your cops in America, anyway! This is outrageous! Here in New Zealand our cops would have this group clapped in irons and cowering in the dock before the Beak quick-smart.
You lot need to get onto the phone and rattle a few cages at the FBI. This cannot be allowed to stand as-is.
There is no war against terrorism, the courts are already in fear of offending a militant invader.
My job allows me to meet a lot of different people and about a month ago I started saying, when the political converstaion inevitably turned to the 'hopelessness' of our situation ... "I half wish I am diagnosed with terminal cancer .... you will read about me in tomorrow's paper"
I am surprised at the approximate 30% that react to that statement with shock and fear that a man would talk like that.
Hell, perhaps that's the problem in America ... men no longer have the will to kill for the cause of liberty, freedom and righteousness.
Clayton Moore turns in his grave.
Well it will take the women with common sense in this country to save it. I am one of them.
