Mo Dowd might be a bitchy middle-aged, soon to be old, hag, but her attack cannot hurt our cause -- to reveal that Obama is a p-ssy, pansy, spineless liberal with weaker executive experience than Jimmy Carter, who previously held the title for least effect President in recent history,
Also, I've been expecting her to turn on Obama for a long time. And no, not just because MoDowd's going through menopause and is feeling b-tchy.
During the early part of the campaign, she wrote a column (clearly without substance) where she mentioned Obama's ear's -- how large they are, and how they stick out like Dumbo's. Obama saw her soon thereafter and asked her not to do that again -- because he is "sensitive" about his ears. Mo Dowd's reply was interesting -- she said he needed to be "toughened up" and also implied that she thought if he wasn't ready for that level of teasing and provocative commentary, was he really ready for national leadership?
I've never forgotten that interchange. I expect Mo Dowd has never forgotten it, also.
THAT's why I think she was hard on him. He had his first test of leadership as commander of the free world and he acted like a wuss and wimp.
