Here is audio of Rush Limbaugh hammering MSNBC's David Shuster as "one of the hapless, genuinely ignorant schlubs over at MSNBC." He did so for his attacks on the Bush Administration for releasing prisoners held at Guantanamo Bay who have now once again become Al-Qaeda operatives in Yemen.
Limbaugh admitted that it is true that the Bush Administration did that. But he went on to say - "But Mr. Shuster, do you know why? Peole like you (Schuster)were demanding it - the ACLU and a bunch of lawyers."
Rush is exactly right. The Left has been all for closing Gitmo and releasing the prisoners for years, and now they sanctimoniously criticize Bush for those who were released.
It was a mistake to release the Gitmo prisoners. But the Left has no room to criticize since they want the entire facility closed! . . . . . (AUDIO)

This is true about many things Bush tried to get done but the leftist
wouldn’t let him do anything unless it made them look good.
