Unnamed candidate is fine, but we have to run a candidate with a name, and that doesn’t necessarily mean we win. ND Republicans have dropped the ball a LONG time allowing Democrats to get away with winning these seats virtually unchallenged for 3 decades. We certainly haven’t lacked for first-tier candidates that have held statewide office who could’ve run.

This is astonishing news. We do need a name candidate, just the same, but the tide has turned in our favor.

Without the source I have to indeed take it with a grain of salt.

But this is terrific if accurate and may mean Herseth next door is in deep trouble. It would be a great day for the Dakotas to take out Pomeroy, Dorgan, and Herseth.
