Got a post censored from Free Republic for a political humor post about the wikipedia update that said Rush Limbaugh was dead.
How is that any different than this?
I guess Free Republic isn't that free after all...

Not so. Most of what I post is "just dumb" and I've never had anything deleted.
Such blind loyalty is freakish. Is it any wonder that the left thinks Limbaugh is the head of the GOP? Don't get me wrong, I'm a republican. But I'm beginning to get their point, the hard way.
So you understand it wasn’t censorship of your posting of a Wiki entry, nor the desire to discuss it, but it was the way you did it that caused the Mods to react?
Perhaps instead of posting a thread complaining about it you should have just posted it with a proper title.
I think your intentions were good, but as you say, it was a matter of taste.

It is likely then that someone hit the abuse button, instead of it just being a rogue mod.
One time, a couple of years ago, I was barred from FR by a Mod for something I didn't even do, but that someone had reported using the abuse button.
I sent Jim an email and within minutes, I was back on.
Anyway, after reading more of your comments I went back and looked at your website and it's contents. You have every right to be proud of it, and at least you are doing more than those (including me) whose contribution to the net is smarmy remarks on FR .
(I can't believe smarmy is really a word, but spell checker thinks so)

Nope, That’s called private property rights. Nothing gives your ass the right to post anything you wish on someones private web site. You’re an invited guess and subject to the whims of the owner or his designates. Haven’t you learned anything about private property and ownership?
