The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) are the folks at airports who watch you go through the metal detectors, check your luggage, etc. There role is much more than what you see at the Airport gate, the TSA consists of 50,000 security officers, inspectors, directors, air marshals and managers who protect the nation's transportation systems so we can travel safely.
Needless to say the TSA has had a challenging couple of weeks. First they accidentally posted their procedures guide on the net, and while the secret parts were blacked out, there are software programs that can help people with nefarious intent to see under those "black marks."
Certainly the Christmas attack on Northwest 253 was an embarrassment to all involved in the air travel buisness whether they are culpable or not. The mixed message that came after were embarrassing also, it seemed as if TSA set new airport rules and changed them every hour during the first 48 hours. First you couldn't use blankets in cabins, then you could, you had to stay in your seat during the final hour of a flight, you didn't it was all so very confusing and it hasn't been the TSA's finest hour.

What a total screw up the TSA is.
Why not go after terrorists with the same conviction as they went after the bloggers? Which one poses the greatest threat to us?
it’s the chicago way.
Wait until they run your healthcare.
The internet is truly where the Free Press is to be found. As in the Bill of Rights.
I’m sure the TSA goons are looking for the undocumented EIB substitute host Mark Steyn for correctly tagging their bufoonish clueless leader as Janet Incompetano.
Given the religious roots of the one’s biological father and stepfather, deep down I think you already know why.
Note to bloggers and "journalists" that stray from administration/Democrat-friendly leaks - set up a hidden security camera in your home to capture for posterity burglars and Federal Agents in the commission of crimes.
Once again O and Co see this as a time to state again: "Never waste a good crisis." If one sees every crisis as an opportunity, as Rahm Emmanuel, Hillary and other Dems have directly stated, to further political aims not otherwise possible then needless to say there is an incentive to actually create crisis' when the "natural ones" don't show up. This incredibly stupid statement that crisis equals opportunity should be Sarah Palin's calling card in every speech where she highlights all the "crisis'" that have been taken advantaged of and cleverly state that she does not see each crisis as an opportunity to slip by some new act/law/regulation but an opportunity for Constitutional means to a satisfactory conclusion (something better than that but you probably get what I mean.)
Didn't see that when the NYTimes was leaking military measures on the top of the fold.
