Popcorn is not on my list of preferred foods. Now a lot of people like popcorn with butter and salt but that’s not good. Now plain popcorn popped in a heavy duty pot on the stove might be your best bet but absolutely do not ever microwave your popcorn - if you eat popcorn at all.
