I know. Went 5 years without even filing a tax return. It is actually legal if you have very little visible income.

Read the IRS tax publications. You have to have a minimum amount of income to meet the requirement to file. That is how all those poor people get by without paying or filing. My last two years before not filing I was working for a company and made over 60 K each year. Then went 5 years without enough income to file. Was doing the starving writers gig. All legal. All legit.

We currently have millions of them in our country called illegal aliens. They are flocking to America because they can have all those things without being legit.
