All I'm going to say is Palin is no Reagan. If they pick her to run for the 2012 Presidential candidate, and we get a third party split, we'll lose. And then I'll save you all the added insult of saying I told you so.

Buying into the Palin hysteria is no better than buying into all the Obama Change crap like the Dems did. So far, in my opinion, she's mostly flash and celebrity, and very little substance. Run her as a VP with DeMint, and see what happens. If things work out, run her in 2020. If they run her and she wins, and Obama or his replacement doesn't get elected again in 2012 because of our inability to field a candidate that everyone will vote for, then I'll happily say I was wrong, but I don't see that happening.

They'll stay united like a pit of vipers, and we'll wind up split between Libertarians, Constitutionalists, Republicans, and all of the above who'll stay home and not vote for a woman President. And anybody that says this country isn't still full of rich, white Republicans who don't want to see a woman in that position, is fooling themselves.
