And honestly, I think any seated grand jury in the country could issue an indictment. In fact I think that if members of a grand jury BELIEVED that there has been a crime committed, it would be a VIOLATION OF THEIR OATH if they do not investigate it.

Also, shouldn't Harry Reid and NancPelosi be held accountable for attempting(successfully)to bribe congress? Couldn't they be subject to arrest by one of the affected states? If we are going to be governed like a banana republic, it is time our congress be treated like the representatives of a banana republic!
