VOTE THEM ALL OUT !

Posted on 12/22/2009 8:31:51 AM PST by vallan14213

We, the American people, have become frustrated to the point that most are no longer able to palate the rancidity of what the political establishment has or attempted to force upon us. Both parties, the status quo, are simply the collective wills of special interest groups. They groom and select their operatives, package and present them to the voters as candidates of choice with the illusion that somehow there are profound defining characters, philosophical or ideological differences between them. They sell themselves on the basis that these perceived differences set them apart and provide choices in determining whom are worthy of governing in the interest of America and the American people. In reality these choices are only doubled headed coins, hedged and selected by greater masters, special interests, and beholden to serve those masters and themselves, not the people that elected them. Vote for a candidate in 2010 that is beholden to only one special interest, the American people. Vote for real change, vote out incumbents or party representatives whom have proven true what has been stated.

The Greeks had a practice of choosing leaders by drawing of lots. It almost seems blind chance would end up with a better result.

Let’s be reasonable. We have some very good GOP Congressmen and Congresswomen. I’d say that ALL Dems should be voted out — both in the House and the Senate. All of them.

But, we have some real leadership emerging in the ranks of the GOP — Jim DeMint, Paul Ryan, Michelle Bachmann, Eric Cantor, Tom Coburn. We don’t want to lose any of those.

The problem with voting all of them out is that automatically, any GOP voted out will be replaced by a Donk. We don’t need anymore Donks.

Again, my suggestion is a nationwide campaign in the weeks before the election. It would feature billboards in every congressional district in America. On it would be a huge pink slip and the words “You're Fired!” The only other thing on the billboard would be the name of the incumbent in the district where the billboard is located. Put lots of these out and and about, and buy air time with a very short message giving the name of the incumbent and the message “You're Fired!”

Make it clear that when the reader or listener goes to vote they are NOT to vote for that person! Use the incumbent’s name recognition against them.

Not that I think you’re even paying attention to replies, but what makes you think the non-incumbent won’t be beholden to special interests?

It is often said that everybody thinks that all congresscritters are bad, with the possible exception of their own. In my case, I have one very good senator in Vitter and one that is pretty bad in Landrieu. Unfortunately, Landrieu has several years left in her term, but I will work to see her defeated next election. If things are bad enough, she may not even run as she very narrowly won last time. Regardless of his past personal failings, there has not been a more solidly conservative vote in the senate than Vitter. At this point in time, we (as in conservatives, not republicans) need all of the help that we can get.

You were saying ...

We, the American people, have become frustrated to the point that most are no longer able to palate the rancidity of what the political establishment has or attempted to force upon us. Both parties, the status quo, are simply the collective wills of special interest groups.

That won't happen, because God has said that the one-world government will be allowed to come into being, so that another one-world government can take it's place.

Many fail to understand -- but they will "understand" when the Messiah of Israel returns to this earth, sets His feet on the soil of this globe, and sets up the ruling authority -- the one-world government -- that He puts into place over all nations, including the United States.

He's the Messiah of Israel, that He is coming back to earth, to set up a one-world government, with His headquarters in Jerusalem, ruling over all the nations of the world, including the United States and will rule over all who are still alive (from who are living right now today) -- and that He will definitely scrap the Constitution of the United States and make Himself the supreme ruler over all that we do.

The "day of reckoning" is coming for all of those who are trying to take over the world and put it totally under their control in an evil one-world empire. And they do admit that they want a one-world government -- their government, not God's...

When the Messiah of Israel comes back to this earth to set up His one-world government and subject all the nations of the world to His authority and rule -- He'll be making real short work of any of those yahoos... LOL...

And you can be sure that He will be utterly destroying anything to do with any of these yahoos, since whatever they say and do is a total perversion of anything to do with the Messiah of Israel.

And for sure -- we all, in this world, need the Messiah of Israel back, here on earth -- to destroy this coming one-world government and to install His own one-world government in its place.

I'm looking forward to the coming Kingdom on earth and the one-world government that the Messiah of Israel will be setting up, after He destroys, by His own hand, the present and evil one-world government that we see forming right now.

    Isaiah 9:6-7

For unto us a Child is born.
    Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
    Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
    Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Of the increase of His government and peace
    There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

People better worry about getting a Republican majority any way they can in order to repeal the crap now going on before they start trying to purge the ranks of Republicans already in office. Carrying out a purge while trying to make up twenty plus seats is a good way to ensure the socialist party the same super majority after the next election that they have now.

The Republican ranks need purged, but the first step has to be to stop the damn digging rather than starting to fill in the hole.

Regards

When a representative government becomes unresponsive, even disdainful towards the wishes of the constituents, voting them out is not enough. It is time for pitchforks and torches, to send a message to future elected officials: DONT TREAD ON ME

You have a good point, here an other example:

Stupak amendment. About 55 Dem's had to vote for it but the amendment passed with full republican support. I know is an issue dear to republicans BUT 55 Dem's need it to be able to vote for the entire bill. The result only 39 not 55 Dem's voted against the bill. When do the republicans learn not to vote for the other side amendments if they consider the bill it self as a bad one and not be snookered by passing good amendments if that helps democrats to vote for a bad bill??

What makes you think I’m not paying attention to replies? So what is your suggestion ? To continue with the status quo and lay around in apathy hoping for change ? No...not me. I will fight ...first with my vote and if that doesn’t work with actions. You see Republicans and Democrats are one in the same. We need people in office who have no political favors owed. We need real change.

We have a group here and we’ve found out they are Libertarians.

They are the largest Tea Party group in our area and all they talk about is voting everyone out including the conservatives.

The group is suspect to many in our area, and on this forum and the problem is....
they sound a lot like the conservatives, until you listen real close at what you don’t hear.

We live in a very conservative area and a lot of money has gone into this group,
who aren’t telling where they stand on anything....except, “vote out everyone and let’s start over”.

Very suspect to me.

My question is.....are you one of them?
