How Will It Impact Your Travel?

Still watching the likely development of a BIG winter storm from the Southwestern US to the Heartland but details are still sketchy. To explain why I say this, I chose to provide you with another video blog post. I hope it helps clear some fuzziness up.

I’m OK if you send me some snow. Even a lot of snow is fine as long as it doesn’t come with high winds and bitter cold.

I’m going to be really upset if I can’t get home for Christmas.

It’s been nearly 12 years since I’ve been there to celebrate with my family.

Can you change those maps?

My weatherbug is saying rain on Christmas eve. However that’s still a ways off and could change.

Oh!!! I hope your Weatherbug is right.
We just have to make it to the west side of Cleveland.

But I’m not traveling in ice. Ice and snow near Sandusky are scary even in a truck.

Looks like WV is gonna get freezing rain from this system on Christmas eve. If we can’t first get rid of the snow that’s been clinging to the trees since yesterday AM, it’ll be a powerless Christmas for most of the Mountain State.

You can have mine. I spent a day + without power (no power= No heat). Haven’t had running water since Friday either. I was about to give up & make coffee with my sterno, but the power finally came on. So, where shall I address this disaster to? People are suffering around here in Western North Carolina, so I am sure you will get plenty of offers.
