Gov. Mitt Romney Tells Hannity He Would Give Obama "a Failing Grade" - Video 12/17/09

Here is video of Gov. Mitt Romney on with Sean Hannity tonight where he discussed the Democrats' push to pass a Health Care Bill in the Senate by Christmas.

On the economy, Mitt Romney said the Democrats have failed to create jobs, particularly with the Stimulus Bill passed early this year. Romney said "borrowing your way to prosperity" is a strategy that will not work.

Romney said the "American people are a lot smarter than the Democrats give them credit for." Romney said he would give Obama "a failing grade" on his performance as President thus far. Instead of focusing on what is most important, Romney said Obama is putting all his effort into ideological pursuits like his health care bill.

On Health Care, Romney said the Democrats will try to "come out with something," and that the American people will be "very, very angry" if the Democrats try to just "push something through." . . . (VIDEO)

Agreed. I'm sick of settling for a Republican because they're a Republican. And I feel sorry for Californians with Scwarzanegger. He might as well just switch parties and save people from doing their homework.

Do you think the resources of conservatives like Sarah, the people who spend time and money educating folks about her and countering lies and ugly PR put forth by her enemies, don't have to expend those energies and funds on the likes of Mitt and the GOP old guard, as well as the MSM and Democrats? That is where Romney and his ilk sap the strength and resources of real conservatives, and why Romney should be aggressively hounded OUT of the field now, the sooner the quicker.

In any case, some Mitt supporters would give to Sarah in lieu of Mitt if he left the scene, I expect. I think a lot of folks give to Mitt because they haven't researched him and take him at face value -- I once took him at face value, too, and was inclined to favor him in the early primaries. Then I started paying attention to all of the things he said in his speeches, not just the reassuring plattitudes, and found that every single time, his "solution" to problems entailed more and bigger government, although he would always preface his proposals with the contradictory and false promise that he was going to promote capitalism, freedeom, and free markets.

I wonder how things would have been different if the Huckster and his followers would not have stopped Romney. Does anyone not believe that Romney would have been the better deal than Obama?

thanks svxdave. Is Romney conservative enough..no. But JimRob’s attacks are really viscious and there are many more influential RINO’s to attack. So the answer for JimRob’s eminity lies elsewhere...bigotry? was he personnally snubbed by Romney?

I live in Maine and was exposed to Mass politics and Romney did a good job battling the moon bats in a very left wing state. Howie Carr loves Romney and he is definitely not a RINO.
